If you wish to cancel before your rental pick-up time, you must email us your reservation and request the cancellation at least 72 hours prior to your pick-up. Any cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances occurring from our end will take place a month in advance, and you will be notified via email, at least 30 days in advance.
If you are booking a luxury vehicle you may have to provide a driving abstract from ICBC before you come to pick up the vehicle.
You must book the Lamborghini Huracan 7 days in advance.
The deposit for Luxury Cars, SUV’s and Exotic Cars can start from 1500 CAD and range to 25000 CAD
Yes, you can rent a car with class 7N /GDL /G2/ any other probationary licenses, there will be a surcharge of $20/day. For more information please contact our local office.
Most of our vehicles(except the Luxury SUV's) are unlimited kilometers as long as you stay within the province of BC. If you would like to travel out of province, their is a out of province fee of $20.00/day. For Luxury SUV's including the Land Rover Discovery and Range Rover Sport you have 150 KM/Day, 700KM/Week, 1500KM/Month included. Extra KM is $1/KM

Yes, you are allowed to provide a cash or debit deposit instead of using a major credit card. For more information on using cash or debit for your deposit, please call our office at 778 385 5551.
Yes, you can drive the car out of BC and across the border to the United States with the written approval from our office. There will be an additional fee of $20/per day applied to the entire duration of the rental, when this service is used.
You can use a third party credit card, provided it has a functioning chip and PIN number. There is also a $10 fee for using third party credit cards.
Yes, the person renting the car must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid, government-issued driver’s license.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards.
Yes, however the owner of the card must be present at the time of pick-up, with valid, government-issued photo ID

All of our vehicles are 100% smoke free and any customers violating this policy will incur fines.
For accessories like GPS, or child seats, please ask your rental agent at the time of booking, to ensure availability.
We do not offer one-way rental services. All cars must be returned to the same facility from which they were rented.
Unfortunately, we do not offer hourly rental service. Any vehicle can be rented for a minimum of one day and, should you only need it for a day, it must be returned within 24hrs of pick-up.
If requested at the time of pick-up, we can add additional drivers to your rental contract, as long as they possess a valid, government-issued driver’s license and are 18 years of age or older.
For your convenience, we have an overnight drop-box. Let us know that you need to use our overnight drop-box when you come to pick up your rental. Please note that you are responsible for any damages done to the vehicle until it is inspected by our technicians.
